after seeing Valentina Zeliaeva and Ubah Hassan looking safari chic in Ralph Lauren's spring 2009 ad campaign, i went into their Naples store to pick up the Indiana Jones hat (below), and maybe some sequined pants. much to my dismay, they weren't carrying anything featured in the ads. this is the first time in a while (or maybe ever) that i've loved a RL collection so much. see the collection in it's entirety at NYMag.
i did, however, pick up a new black and white striped bikini and spot some funky green calfskin boat shoes in the men's section. the Telford Boat Shoes are available ralphlauren.com.
