Today excavations of Stonehenge commenced after 50 years of inactivity. BBC reports that scientists are aiming to discover why workers transported the bluestones over 200 miles when they created it 4,500 years ago. They hope to strengthen the theory that the world wonder was a healing ground for the ill and injured. Personally I like to think Spinal Tap had it right with their interpretation...
