when the military was banned from YouTube, the military hired Delve Networks to create TroopTube. TroopTube is a new video sharing website for troops that helps them stay in touch with families and friends. A pentagon employee will, however, screen TroopTube for porn/copyright violations/top secret info, etc.
I think the government should create a .gov YouTube website so officials holding public office can address the nation via youtube. (like obama's fireside chats).
