old town ale house


i've been frequenting this quaint jazz bar called "old town ale house" in chicago with a world famous jukebox and ten dollar pitchers. an artist by the name of bruce elliot decorated the walls wit idiosyncratic portraits of the likes of comedians (many of which popped out of the world famous comedy club second city, located just across the street) and, my personal favorites, kinky nudes (see the photo i snapped of my dear friend margaret). the chicago tribune recently showcased elliot's latest work, highlighting nude portraits of sarah palin and another of blagojevich titled "the cavity search" and  (see below).
