photo essay: portrait of a man

"by beauty, as distinguished from the sublime, I mean that quality or those qualities in bodies by which they cause love, or some passion analogous to it. I also distinguish love, or the satisfaction which arises to the mind upon contemplating anything beautiful, from desire, which is an energy of the mind that hurries us on to the possession of certain objects."

edmund burke: sublime and beautiful
(1754)

I find that this photojournalism is interesting and interpretive. What is great for all of the differences of these people their are some similarities.

It's also nice to see people interested in men on the web and not just women.

interesting post, interesting variety of men -- even though there is a lack of a variety of "color"
