i've always loved the phish cover of this tune, but this version from bluegrass's heyday in the mid 1970's really blows it away. jd crowe and the new south featured bluegrass allstars jd crowe and tony rice, both of whom at separate times kicked around with jerry garcia and david grisman. i love the slick little solos each of the band members fits in, esp. the guy on slide...these guys had some legit bluegrass chops and were wildly successful with the ladies.
