reason # 1 of 8.0e19 to look forward to spring: floral prints, particularly the mixing of. mario testino for s/s 09 burberry, TopShop, and stephen sprouse/mj for LV have me dreaming of floral prints and sunny days (i really just want to take my liberty dunks out for a walk). i still can't help but wonder (in true Carrie Bradshaw form), how soon is too soon to wear floral prints? the good news is that the winter solstice has long passed. the bad news is that the groundhog predicted six more weeks of winter. in the words of Bill Murray (Groundhog Day):

But standing here among the people of Punxsutawney and basking in the warmth of their hearths and hearts, I couldn't imagine a better fate than a long and lustrous winter."will settle for mixing prints in the meantime.
