better than jetsetting

Rinspeed has created the world's first submersible car, the 'sQuba'. they plan to unveil at the Geneva Motor Show in March. The sQuba is emission free and powered by three electric motor and rechargeable lithium-ion batteries....not to mention that its a convertible. it was inspired by the 1977 James Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me and is most stable at a depth of 10m. it cost over $1.76 million to make only one sQuba; Rinspeed attributes this high cost to the fact that the car had to be water tight and pressure-resistant, but mostly to ensure that it "move like a fish in the water." definitely on richard branson's grocery list.
