Perhaps sensing that game-breaking technologies are passing his venerable institution by, Pope Benedict has begun sending out a daily text message. Yay! I just received my first (posted below). It's such a refreshing dose of moral rectitude - my day suddenly feels so full of purpose and spirituality :-)
In this modern age, it's nice to know that my church is finding ways to connect with me when I need it, where I need it. Thank goodness for that!
