What's Karl Lagerfeld up to these days? Karl just signed a deal with Dubai Infinity Holdings to build 80 luxury homes Dubai's man made islands called "Isla Moda" aka fashion island. "It's more than an interior design concept," K explains. "I see it more as a fashion lifestyle concept. Dubai is alive with culture and rich in personality, making it a perfect place for aesthetic, fashion and design to flourish."
Dubai has a man made map of the world already (left). Lagerfeld and Dubai are probably two of the most indulgent things I can think of. Too much, Karl, too much.
